Most blades are made from 1095, 26C3, 80CrV2 or comparable high-carbon steels, selected for the intended knife.
Hardness is not certified for every blade; experience and occasional test measurements indicate a typical range of approximately 60–63 HRC.
Most bevels are full flat ground. Full-tang construction is preferred for strength, while hidden tangs are used when the design calls for it.
Selected blades receive a visible hamon, patina or other individual details that make every finished knife unique.

Every knife is individually shaped, ground, finished and fitted. Blade geometry and materials are selected for the knife’s intended purpose.
