The Cook
A handmade chef knife for controlled slicing, chopping and everyday food preparation.

About this knife
A good kitchen knife must cut exceptionally well. Everything else begins with that.
Comfort in the hand, visual appeal, edge retention and ease of sharpening are also important, and The Cook is designed to bring all of these qualities together.
Its full-flat grind extends across the entire height of the blade, creating a thin, lightweight geometry that moves through ingredients with very little resistance. The result is a knife that slices cleanly and feels almost effortless in use.
The Cook is one of those knives you need to use to fully understand.
The Cook is one of those things you need to try to believe it
